How many photos should I upload for best results?
We recommend at least 30 mixed shots. Include close-ups, mid-shots, and varied lighting to train the model on accurate likeness.

Are my models and generated images private?
Yes. Your data stays isolated to your workspace. Models auto-expire after 30 days and can be deleted on demand.
How are credits consumed?
1 credit equals 1 generated image. Upscaling, variant creation, and retouch requests also consume credits.
Troubleshooting playbooks
Model looks inconsistent
- Upload more reference photos with consistent angles and lighting.
- Use the “Consistency” slider in the prompt panel to tighten likeness.
- Regenerate with “Subject Lock” enabled to prioritize facial features.
Images look overly stylized
- Select the “Natural” tone preset before rendering.
- Lower creative weight on the prompt to reduce stylization.
- Disable optional filters such as cinematic grain or neon lighting overlays.
Slow render times
- Check the Status page for queue updates.
- Upgrade to Production plan for higher throughput and dedicated GPUs.
- Contact support with your workspace ID for prioritized scheduling.
